Diane Manning is the CEO of SILVER AWAKENING, an online empowerment platform for women over 50. Diane is a seasoned business executive, brand strategist, public speaker, and group moderator with over 25 years of building and scaling entrepreneurial ventures. She has led full-service advertising agencies and online virtual companies for over 30 years.

Diane leads the organization with a visionary and compassionate commitment to empowering SILVER SAGE® women. In her role, Diane ensures that every strategic decision, partnership, and initiative aligns with the mission to guide women through self-discovery, renewal, and next-chapter reinvention. In the spirit of the SILVER AWAKENING philosophy, she guides the brand vision and mission, and oversees online and offline operations, finance, and legal departments. ​

Diane holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Social Science from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Kay Seelinger, holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Betrayal Trauma & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. She creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to listen, hold, and support clients through difficult transitions, guiding them with curiosity and courage toward greater self-trust, healing, and wholehearted living. Kay emphasizes partnership—walking alongside clients for whatever length of time the journey requires.

She specializes in treating underlying trauma, including attachment wounds, abuse/neglect, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, parenting and marital issues, and is particularly passionate about working with survivors of narcissistic abuse and betrayal trauma. Her approach blends evidence‑based interventions and somatic, relational work to help clients unlearn distorted self-beliefs, restore safety, and reclaim agency in relationships and life.
